Shipping policy

For your convenience, most online orders qualify for free shipping to you nationwide within the Continental United States. Special arrangements can and will be made for orders of 50 gallons or more but, in these cases, shipping fees may apply.

We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible Mon-Fri between 8-5pm Pacific Standard Time or within 24 hours of your order but this may not always be possible and your order shipment might be delayed. We always try to use the most expedient and economical shipping method available.

Free shipping is not available for any returned items, customers are responsible for any shipment costs associated with a return.
